myAbility
The management consultancy myAbility was founded in 2014 and developed a new, business-oriented approach to the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Goal: Together, with business taking the lead, make society accessible!
With easescreen eSign, the meeting rooms can now be managed efficiently. Value was also placed on a consistent corporate design in the form of a custom template and on optimal readability for employees with visual impairments. The door signs offer a touch function to make direct bookings (ad hoc bookings).
The booking data is visualized on the digital door signs via an interface for automatic data import from third-party systems such as MS Exchange, Google Calendar or via .xml / .csv.
Advantages:
- The digital door signs offer a touch function, which means that a free meeting room can also be booked manually
- Custom templates support the professional appearance in the corporate design of myAbility
