Requirements
EWS AG, a leading power supplier in the region, required an efficient and user-friendly solution for managing its meeting rooms. The goal was to digitize and streamline the booking process for rooms and resources, with a focus on seamless integration into existing systems and optimizing internal workflows. Additionally, the company sought a future-proof solution that would stay up to date through regular updates.
Implementation
To meet these requirements, the easescreen eSign software was implemented, supplemented by the Software Assurance plus (SAp). A total of eight eSign modules and five TD-1060SLIM-B QBIC displays were deployed. The eSign software enables web-based management of appointments, rooms, and resources, supported by two-way synchronization with systems like Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar. Through the Software Assurance Plus, our optional maintenance contract, EWS AG gains access to ongoing updates and enhancements, as well as comprehensive support, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of the solution.
