Technical Implementation
The technical solution for GOSI is based on the easescreen eSign room booking software, which is now operational in seven buildings, managing over 50 meeting rooms. A key feature of the implementation is the intuitive color-coding on the displays and LED panels, allowing users to instantly see whether a room is available. To ensure inclusive usage, the status is also displayed in text format, making the system accessible for color-blind individuals.
