Requirements
Casinos Austria faced the challenge of creating a unified yet flexible information system that meets the high standards of their guests. The goal was to present casino-relevant information such as event notices, tournament announcements, news, and the current jackpot status in a simple and efficient manner across all twelve locations. The content needed to be regularly updated and tailored to the specific needs of each site. Additionally, the system needed to provide high image quality and fast transmission speeds to ensure a seamless and engaging guest experience.
Implementation
To achieve this, approximately 150 LCD screens were installed in all Austrian casinos, allowing for flexible and up-to-date presentation of casino-relevant information. High-quality projectors in selected halls ensure excellent image quality. The content can be customized to the needs of each casino location and edited directly on-site. Fiber optic or CAT 7 cables ensure fast and smooth content transmission between the digital signage players and the screens.

easescreen at Casinos Austria
The easescreen software allows all screens to be easily and conveniently controlled via the screen manager, keypads, smartphones, or tablets, and content can be distributed to all casino locations. The different casino sites can be equipped with individually adjustable content, making it possible to edit screens with specific events, tournaments, news, and more directly on-site. A particular highlight is the Mega-Million-Jackpot display, which is connected to all twelve locations and transmits the jackpot winnings. A unique feature is the specially programmed interface to easescreen, which received its own certification due to security guidelines.
