Requirements
Willhaben, Austria’s largest classifieds portal, needed an efficient and user-friendly room booking solution. The goal was to optimize the coordination and execution of meetings and ensure smooth use of the office infrastructure. Simple operability and seamless integration into the existing office design were also crucial requirements.
Implementation
To meet these requirements, Willhaben chose the eSign solution from easescreen. This solution allows employees to book rooms both via a calendar interface and directly on-site using the Qbic touch door sign. The system provides continuous monitoring of room availability, increasing room utilization efficiency and enhancing the company’s flexibility. The customizable design of eSign perfectly complements Willhaben’s modern and open office design, supporting the company’s corporate identity.
