Requirements

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung, the largest German pension insurance provider, aimed to transform its training center into a modern digital information and advisory center. To optimize visitor engagement, the training center was to be equipped with digital signage and an eSign room booking system. This included the management of meeting and conference rooms through 47 door signs operated with eSign room booking from ProDVX, as well as digital wayfinding to help visitors navigate the building easily.

Implementation

The eSign room booking system ensures efficient and clear management of meeting and conference rooms. Digital wayfinding assists visitors in navigating the building and arriving on time for their training and sessions. The seamless collaboration of easescreen with partners ProVideo Berlin, PrintScreenMedia, and syscomtec ensured that digital content was prepared and delivered from the foyer to the respective conference rooms.

Thanks to the implementation of easescreen, the insurance facility was elevated to a new digital level. The installation and configuration of the digital signage system, carried out in close collaboration with ProVideo Berlin, PrintScreenMedia, and syscomtec, transformed the training center into a modern information and advisory center. Easescreen enables both centralized and decentralized content management, allowing information to be quickly and efficiently conveyed to visitors. The user-friendly interface and flexible customization options ensured the system was optimally integrated into daily operations.
