Requirements
ENI, as a leading gas station operator with approximately 320 locations in Austria, aimed to transform its shop concept through innovative digital signage solutions. The goal was to turn the gas stations into modern convenience stores that stand out with advanced and appealing presentations at the point of sale (POS). By optimizing the customer experience, sales were to be increased and the ENI brand strengthened.
Implementation
The pilot installation by easescreen partner Cancom included the implementation of various display types. These included window displays to attract potential customers from outside, checkout displays for targeted customer engagement during the payment process, shelf signage for product promotion directly at the shelf, and menu boards mainly used in the food service area. These different display types were specifically used to provide customers with visually appealing and relevant information at various touchpoints.
easescreen at ENI
easescreen offered a comprehensive digital signage software that can be flexibly used for various applications. This software enabled efficient management and dynamic adjustment of the content. The simple and fast operation of the easescreen platform was a key advantage that allowed employees to centrally control content and adjust it locally as needed.
