Requirements
MTU Aero Engines AG, a leading manufacturer in the aviation industry, required a modern and environmentally friendly digital signage system for its locations. Specific requirements included upgrading and reusing older displays for ecological and economic reasons. Additionally, the new system needed to optimize internal communication and display relevant production data in real-time to enhance efficiency in production halls and cafeteria areas.
Implementation
A specially programmed easescreen DS app solution enabled the integration of existing older displays. The project involved modernizing and integrating an LCD-display-based digital signage real-time information system for internal communication in production halls and cafeteria areas. The system delivers relevant production data in real-time, facilitating optimal communication with staff regarding goods receipt, productivity, production capacity, and various manufacturing and logistics data. This project was carried out in collaboration with our partner, ComPeri.

The implementation of easescreen significantly improved communication and efficiency in production processes. The flexible and user-friendly software solution allows for easy updating and management of content. The integration of the system into existing production and logistics processes ensures smooth transmission of real-time data to the staff, optimizing production workflows and enhancing overall productivity.
