Sberbank, one of the largest and most dynamic financial institutions in the world, serves around 140 million customers in 22 countries. To enhance the efficiency and professionalism of their meeting rooms at the Vienna headquarters, Sberbank needed a modern and time-saving solution for room management. This solution should simplify room bookings and make the management of meeting rooms more efficient.
Implementation
To meet these requirements, the easescreen eSign software was implemented. This software offers a fully web-based user interface that allows employees to book and manage meeting rooms quickly and easily. The software enables the input and updating of all relevant data, such as:
- Event titles
- Start and end times
- Company logos
Booking data is automatically imported from third-party systems such as MS Exchange, Google Calendar, or via .xml/.csv files and displayed on digital door signs. This solution was implemented in 2017 by our easescreen partner, DiCube.

Thanks to digital door signs with touch functionality, available rooms can be booked manually as needed. Custom templates ensure that digital displays consistently appear in the Sberbank corporate design, supporting the company’s professional image. The implementation of the easescreen solution has significantly simplified room bookings and management, increasing efficiency in daily operations.
