The easescreen eSign software is used to manage the meeting rooms at the Vienna headquarters in a professional and time-saving manner.

The software offers a completely web-based user interface for room booking and room management. All relevant data, such as event title, start and end times, company logo, etc. can be easily entered and updated.

The booking data is visualized on the digital door signs via an interface for automatic data import from third-party systems such as MS Exchange, Google Calendar or via .xml / .csv.
