Requirements
To further enhance their customer service and stay abreast of the latest technological developments, Sparkasse Amstetten decided to undertake a technological upgrade. The bank introduced easescreen to modernize their customer service and improve customer interaction in their branches.
Implementation
The branches in Amstetten each use multiple easescreen clients supported by a central management server. Currently, four branches have been equipped with easescreen, featuring a total of 10 individual displays and 2 video walls to provide customers with a modern and engaging experience. Content on the screens is managed through a user-friendly web interface, allowing staff to update displays quickly and easily. This digital solution enables Sparkasse to respond flexibly to current events and offers, further enhancing their customer service.
This project was undertaken with our partner SIGNnet.
