Requirements
BAWAG P.S.K., one of Austria’s leading banks, aimed to enhance their branches through modern digital signage solutions. The goal was to capture customers’ attention from the storefront and guide them through their entire customer journey within the branch. The digital signage solutions needed to seamlessly integrate into the existing interior design and present additional products and services at strategic points within the branch. The content had to be simple and precisely tailored to the target audience.
Implementation
To meet these requirements, high-brightness displays were installed in the windows of BAWAG P.S.K. branches. These displays ensure maximum visibility and attract attention from passersby. Additional screens were installed at key locations within the branches to promote various products and services offered by the bank. The content is planned, designed, monitored, and distributed via an easy-to-use web interface. This system allows for rapid and efficient responses to customer needs and adjustments to the content accordingly.
