Requirements Technorama
The Technorama Science and Technology Museum needed a modern guiding system for visitor and staff information. The existing analog signage system was to be replaced with a contemporary digital signage solution to improve both service and the quality of visitor support. Additionally, the goal was to relieve staff by optimizing the management of workshops and laboratories.
Implementation
Visitors can book workshops and laboratories on the museum’s website, and these bookings are visualized in real-time on the displays.
- Rollout: Digital signage in the entrance area, cash register zone, informational displays, and visitor guidance system
- Interfaces to the website for expobooking, eSign for room booking management, and Exchange server

The implementation of easescreen enabled Technorama to realize an efficient and user-friendly guiding system. Visitors are now provided with up-to-date information at the entrance and at the cash register, and can easily navigate the museum with the help of displays throughout the facility. Real-time visualization of workshop and laboratory bookings on the displays greatly facilitates planning and participation in events. Staff benefit from reduced workload due to automated processes and can focus more effectively on visitor care.
