BAWAG P.S.K.: Interior Design Merges with Digital Signage
A very successful, Austria-wide implementation of digital signage in the banking segment.
The signage solutions are perfectly integrated into the branch concept and fit harmoniously into the interior design. Displays with high light intensity are used in shop windows and generate attention from the viewer. They serve as the first contact with customers along the customer journey, the “customer journey” through the shop / branch. Additional products and services are presented to the customer at other hotspots – simply designed content that is adapted to the target group.
As a long-standing customer, Bawag uses the easescreen web interface for planning, design, monitoring and distribution throughout the entire network of the new branches.
