Requirements
The Niesenbahn AG, known for its stunning mountain panoramas and the exclusive Berghaus Niesen-Kulm, sought an innovative solution to enhance visitor information and communication. The challenge was to implement an effective digital signage solution that would provide both current information and live updates. It was particularly important to optimally equip the entrance area of the Mülenen valley station to offer visitors a seamless and informative experience.
Implementation
To meet these requirements, easescreen was integrated as the digital signage solution. Two high-resolution displays were installed at the valley station, allowing for the display of webcam videos from the Niesen and information about upcoming events. These displays not only help reduce waiting times for visitors but also minimize the workload for staff, as all content can be centrally managed and updated. The modern digital signage technology ensures that information is always presented in an up-to-date and engaging manner.

With the implementation of easescreen, Niesenbahn AG significantly improved its visitor communication. The flexibility and user-friendliness of easescreen allow for real-time display of both current webcam images and important event information on the screens. This not only enhances the visitor experience but also supports efficient management of information dissemination. The solution ensures that visitors are always well-informed while minimizing the administrative burden on staff.

Niesenbahn AG offers a unique experience in the Swiss mountains, particularly through the Berghaus Niesen-Kulm and the impressive glass pavilion at 2332 meters above sea level. This modern building is renowned for its versatility and stunning views, making it ideal for events and conferences. The glass pavilion can be divided into three separate rooms and accommodates up to 142 people. By integrating modern digital signage solutions, Niesenbahn underscores its commitment to innovation and exceptional service in tourism.
