Requirements
As the largest bank in the Czech Republic, a member of the Erste Bank Group, and operator of over 600 branches, Ceska Sporitelna faced the challenge of ensuring a unified and effective customer communication strategy. To meet these requirements, the bank needed a digital signage solution that would create a seamless brand identity, engage customers as they entered the branches, and provide an automated queue management system for a pleasant visit experience. Additionally, the animated content had to capture attention during information overload and offer high operational stability.
Implementation
Ceska Sporitelna implemented easescreen as their digital signage solution across over 400 Points of View (POVs). The technical setup included:

- Varied Info Screens
- Practical Call Systems
The optional Software Assurance Plus maintenance contract ensured additional security and automatic updates.
